Human-Centered
Committing to a human-first approach allows me to take clients' past and present experiences (including successes, traumas, and anything in between) into consideration during every session. I've acquired tools for customizing the movement approach, addressing the nervous system, and carefully considering the language and environment that each client works best within while encouraging self-leadership as a vital component to care.

Foundational
Working through the foundational patterns which helped us develop into upright bipedal movers —transitioning from rolling to crawling to walking — has been a hugely successful method for enriching the training experience and building a strong foundation on which to build strength. I begin each client’s journey by reacquainting them with their own body’s capacity for movement and strength before adding any external demands.

Collaborative
Understanding the dynamic between client and coach as more of a two way street, where we are both the teacher and student at different times during the training journey, is a crucial piece of my work. Breathwork, postural awareness, and functional movement patterns are some of the major messages from the body I am passionate about illuminating for clients. The body truly does know best and that is a major philosophy of my coaching.
